This notice explains, in plain language, what happens to the details you give us when you join the ClariHear early-access list. ClariHear is not a medical device.
Who we are
ClariHear is a pre-launch personalised hearing assistance app for iPhone and Android. You can reach us at shresthajain.iitb@gmail.com.
What we collect, and why
We collect your name, email, phone number and age. We use them only for launch and early-access updates. We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw anytime.
Who handles it
When you sign up, your details are sent through Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, and delivered to the ClariHear team's email inbox, where they are stored. That inbox is a Google Gmail account.
This website is hosted on Vercel and GitHub Pages. Like any web host, they may log technical data, such as your IP address, for security.
These services may process your details outside India or your country.
Your audio is never part of this: this website has no audio features.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until 12 months after launch, then delete them. We never sell them.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you access to your details, correct them, erase them, or withdraw your consent. Email us at shresthajain.iitb@gmail.com. Withdrawing is as easy as agreeing was, and we will act on it promptly.
Complaints
If you are in India, you can complain to the Data Protection Board. If you are in the EU, you can complain to your supervisory authority.
